Cirrova is billed as a flat monthly or annual fee per plan — not per user and not based on your Azure spend. We think a tool that earns more when you save less has the wrong incentives. You can invite as many team members, finance colleagues, and stakeholders as you need without worrying about seat costs.
Annual billing saves you 15% compared to paying month-to-month. The discounted rate is applied across all 12 months and charged upfront. The Core plan becomes $84/mo and Control becomes $254/mo when billed annually.
Yes. Cirrova offers a 7-day free trial — long enough to connect your Azure environment, see real data flowing through the platform, and understand exactly what you'd be paying for. No credit card required to start.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Enterprise customers can choose from multiple deployment models — including region-specific hosting for data residency requirements and dedicated instances. Self-hosted deployment is available on the Partner plan. Talk to our team about what fits your requirements and environment.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export any reports or cost history you need. After that period, your data is permanently deleted.
The Partner plan is built for MSPs and resellers. It includes multi-organisation management, full white labelling, branded reporting, reseller rights, and dedicated or self-hosted deployment options. Get in touch and we’ll put together a proposal tailored to your client base.
Cirrova only requires read access to your Azure Cost Management and billing data — no owner or contributor rights are needed. Your infrastructure remains completely untouched. During setup we’ll walk you through the exact permissions required so your IT and security teams can review them before you connect.
No long-term commitment is required on monthly plans — you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and are non-refundable after the billing date, but there are no other lock-in terms. Enterprise and Partner agreements may have custom terms depending on your arrangement.
Pricing is listed in USD and invoiced in USD by default. If you need invoicing in a different currency, contact our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.
No. Cirrova reads directly from Azure Cost Management — there’s no data migration, no export setup, and no egress costs. You connect your Azure tenant, grant read access, and Cirrova handles the rest. Your cost data stays within the boundaries you’d expect.
