We believe cloud cost management shouldn't require a specialist to understand.

Azure is powerful. It's also expensive — and the gap between what organisations spend and what they know they're spending is larger than it should be. Cirrova exists to close that gap.

Cloud costs are growing faster than cloud visibility.

Most organisations running Azure have the same experience: costs are going up, the native tooling shows you data but not answers, and the people who care most about the bill — finance, leadership, FinOps — are the furthest removed from the systems generating it.

Azure Cost Management is a starting point, not a solution. It shows you what you've spent, but it doesn't tell you what's wrong, what to do about it, or who to tell. That's the work Cirrova does.

We built Cirrova to give teams near real-time cost visibility, automated anomaly detection, actionable optimisation recommendations, and the reporting tools to communicate clearly with every stakeholder — all from a single platform that's actually designed around the way people work.

Built by people who've lived the problem.

If you've worked in cloud environments, you already know the problem. The invoice arrives. Costs have moved. Someone asks for an explanation. Then begins the familiar scramble through portals, exports, spreadsheets, tags, subscriptions, resource groups and half-complete assumptions.

The data exists, but clarity often doesn't.

I'd spent years leading technology environments where cloud platforms delivered real capability, but also introduced a new kind of operational blind spot. Costs were no longer tied neatly to a server in a rack or a purchase order signed once every few years. They changed daily. Sometimes hourly. New resources appeared. Old ones lingered. Good engineering decisions and expensive mistakes could look surprisingly similar in a billing report.

What should have been straightforward too often became detective work.

That frustration became the seed of Cirrova.

Not as another bloated enterprise platform built for the largest global organisations with unlimited budgets and teams of specialists. And not as a dashboard full of charts that looked impressive but answered very little.

Cirrova was built around a simpler belief: cloud cost visibility should be clear, practical and accessible to the organisations actually doing the work.

The mid-market. Growing businesses. Lean IT teams. Technology leaders expected to manage performance, security, delivery and budgets all at once.

Those organisations need more than raw billing data. They need context. They need to know what changed, what matters, what looks wasteful, what needs attention, and where to act next.

That is why Cirrova exists.

It is designed to turn Azure complexity into usable insight. To help organisations understand spend, spot inefficiencies, and make better decisions without needing a consulting project or a full-time FinOps function.

Because cloud should feel like control, not confusion.

How we build and why.

Do the hard work, so our customers don't have to.

The insight that matters is the one that tells you what to do, not just what happened. We build features that go all the way to the answer.

Data you can trust.

Cost management decisions have real financial consequences. Every figure in Cirrova comes directly from Azure, refreshed on a regular schedule, with no manipulation or estimation.

Built for real teams, not ideal teams.

Our customers have engineers who are too busy, finance teams who don't know Azure, and FinOps practices at every stage of maturity. We design for that reality.

Security is a foundation, not a feature.

Role-based access, SSO, audit logging, tenant isolation — these aren't add-ons. They're built into the product from the start because the data we handle is sensitive.
