Cirrova budget management lets you define spending limits at any scope — tenant, subscription, resource group, or a tag-defined collection that spans tenants — with multiple thresholds. Breaches flow through Cirrova's centralised alerting subsystem so the right people, channels, or systems always know.
Multi-scope budget configuration.
Set budgets at tenant level, across one or more subscriptions, across resource groups that span subscriptions, or as a tag collection that follows a tag across tenants. The right granularity for every team, project, or environment.
Multiple alert thresholds.
Configure multiple percentage thresholds per budget — for example, alert at 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% — so teams get early warnings with time to act, not just a notification when it's too late.
Centralised alert routing.
Threshold breaches raise events that route through the centralised Alerting page. Send finance budgets to a finance distribution list and the platform team's budgets to their on-call Slack — without duplicating recipient lists per budget.
Monthly, quarterly, or annual periods.
Budgets reset on the period you choose — monthly, quarterly, or annual — and track actual spend against your configured limits as data is updated. See at a glance which budgets are healthy, which are at risk, and which have been exceeded.
